When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information as requested and to update such information as necessary. Payment must be made according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the booking date.
No cash or card refunds will be provided. Instead, a credit of hours will be issued for future use.
Late cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in the loss of the booking without credit.

6. User Conduct

Users of Wake Qatar’s services must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by staff. Misconduct or failure to comply with safety measures may result in the termination of the service without a refund or credit.

7. Liability

Wake Qatar is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with (a) the use of the services or this website, or (b) the performance or non-performance by Wake Qatar or any provider, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar and any disputes will be decided only by the Qatari courts.
