Refund Policy
1. No Refund in Cash or Card
At Wake Qatar, we are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Please note that we do not offer refunds in cash or card. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we provide a credit of hours which you can use at a later date, subject to availability.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your booking without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to manage our scheduling and offer the spot to other customers.
3. Credit of Hours
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling request made in accordance with our policy, we will credit the hours back to your account. These credited hours remain available for you to book another session at your convenience, based on availability.
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please reach out to us with at least 24 hours' notice. You may contact us via email at [email protected] or call us at +974 7000 6585. Our support team will assist you with the process and provide you with the necessary information regarding your credited hours.
5. Late Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the booking date cannot be accommodated, and the hours for that booking will not be credited.
6. Sea Closure & Maritime Restrictions
In the event that a booking is cancelled due to sea closure or operational restrictions imposed by the relevant maritime authorities, no refund will be issued, as such circumstances are beyond Wake Qatar’s control. Instead, the booking will be rescheduled to the next available date once the sea is reopened and operations are permitted to resume. Any credit from the cancelled booking will remain valid until it has been used for the rescheduled session.

8. Changes to the Refund Policy
